ABOUT US

In November 2005, the board of directors of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) recognized an opportunity to create and support a new organization to expand its capacity to serve the public's interest and to make positive contributions to the PA profession. Endowed by the NCCPA, the NCCPA Foundation was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and began operations in March 2006.

To improve the public's health and access to affordable care.

Our Mission

To support the role of certified physician assistants in health care delivery through the collection and application of professional data and workforce research.
